About the Role

We are looking for a Network Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize
our internal company networks, server connectivity, VPN tunnels, firewall configurations, and
secure communication channels. The role includes working across multiple office
environments, cloud platforms, and remote infrastructure setups.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage VPN setups, VLANs, access controls, NAT rules, DHCP, DNS, and network topologies.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and usage patterns.
• Perform regular security testing and ensure safe network practices.
• Assist in planning and deploying new network infrastructure and upgrades.
• Maintain network devices, documentation, and configuration backups.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and DevOps teams when required.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
• Support deployment and monitoring of company-wide connectivity solutions.

Required Skills & Knowledge 

• Understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, Routing, Switching).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco / MikroTik / FortiGate / pfSense (any is acceptable).
• Knowledge of Firewall policies, VPN (Site-to-Site & Client), Load Balancing, and traffic routing.
• Familiarity with Linux & Windows server networking basics.
• Ability to use network diagnostic tools (tcpdump, Wireshark, traceroute, ping, nmap, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills / Additional Preferences

• Understanding of Zero Trust, NAC, IDS/IPS, or monitoring solutions.
• Certifications (Preferred but not required):
  • CCNA / CCNP / Network+ / Fortinet NSE

About the Role

We are looking for a Rust Developer who is passionate about building fast, secure, and reliable backend systems. You will contribute to internal SOC automation tools, distributed data pipelines, threat detection engines, and performance-critical applications used in real-world cybersecurity environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance backend services and tools using Rust.
• Implement APIs, data pipelines, and distributed processing components.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with SOC, Threat Intelligence, and DevOps teams to build integrated solutions.
• Investigate performance issues, optimize memory usage, and resolve concurrency challenges.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and improvement of internal standards.
• Create internal documentation and contribute to technical architecture decisions.

Required Skills & Knowledge 

• Strong understanding of Rust programming fundamentals (Ownership, Borrowing,
  Traits, Async).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, or backend system design.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments & command-line workflows.
• Understanding of Git and version-controlled development workflows.
• Good problem-solving ability and logical thinking.

Preferred Skills / Additional Preferences

• Experience with:
  • Tokio / Actix / Axum frameworks
  • PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis
  • Message brokers (Kafka / NATS / RabbitMQ)
• Understanding of network protocols and distributed systems.
• Interest in cybersecurity, log analysis, detection systems, or low-level systems programming is a plus.
